Our In-Home Support Services are tailored to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children and adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities. These services take place in the individual’s home, family home, or community setting, supplementing the care provided by families or unpaid caregivers.

We focus on helping individuals develop skills that promote independence, including:

• Supporting daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and meal planning.
• Assisting with health and safety management at home and in the community.
• Fostering social skills for greater community interaction.
• Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Offering medication reminders and health monitoring.
